INGREDIENTS:
600 grams of Ground Beef
8 burger buns
Salt and Pepper, to taste
8 sliced cheese
2 teaspoon butter
Lettuce
For the ranch dressing:
1 Clove of Garlic, grated
Small bunch of chopped coriander leaves
1/3 cup of yogurt
Salt and pepper
PROCESS:
1) Form the beef into 8 equal-size balls, Form the balls into burger patties, about 1/4-inch thick, sprinkle the salt and pepper over the patties on both sides. Chop the onion to small pieces and set aside.
2) Preheat a grill pan over medium high heat (between medium and medium high) grill the burgers for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Just before it fully cooked out the sliced cheese on the top of the burger patties and let it melt, remove to a plate and allow them to rest for a few minutes.
3) At the same grill pan put the onion and caramelize it.
4) one more time at the same grill pan, add the butter to the pan, cut the burger from the middle into 2 pieces, put the inside face of the dough on the pan and toast it "until turn to orange ".
5) To make the ranch dressing, stir together the mayo, yogurt, chopped coriander and garlic in a small bowl, add the salt and pepper and set aside.
6) To assemble the burgers, smear a little ranch dressing on the bottom half of the toasted roll, top with a piece or two of lettuce, followed by the cheese burger ,after that put the caramelized onion, then put the top half of the toasted roll and dig in!
